Ron Demshar
Director of Ag Sales
Ron Demshar is a seasoned sales representative with an extensive background in electronics and electrical products. Over the past two decades, he has developed valuable relationships and a vast network of people in the lighting and electronics industry from his dealings with customers, suppliers, vendors, brokers, and others.
Mr. Demshar supports the efforts of producers in the livestock and poultry industry with his involvement in state, regional, and national trade organizations. He spends a great deal of time educating and being educated in innovative ways to improve the efficiencies of poultry operations with LED lighting solutions from ONCE.
Prior to his position as Director of Ag Sales, Mr. Demshar was President of RD-Repping, Inc., a position he held for ten years. He received his BA degree in Business Finance from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. Ron resides in Wayzata, Minnesota where he enjoys sailing and other lake activities with his family. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys many forms of outdoor recreation.
